Operators simply pre-scald their chicken feet in a separate hot water vessel, then load the batch into the machine's open-top drum. Within 30 to 45 seconds of tumbling, the yellow cuticle is mechanically stripped, and bright white export-appearance paws are ready for chilling and sale.
