The Patty Maker Machine is a high-speed, automatic forming system that converts ground meat, poultry mince, fish paste, or plant-based blends into dimensionally uniform, weight-controlled patties at sustained rates of up to 4200 pieces per hour. In Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) supply chains, where a single patty weight deviation of more than 3 grams triggers batch rejection by the distributor, mechanical consistency is not a luxury. 
The achieves +/- 1.5 gram portion accuracy across continuous 8-hour production shifts by combining a positive-displacement vane pump filling system with precision-machined rotary mold cavities. 
Every patty that exits this machine is visually identical, dimensionally stable, and ready for direct paper interleaving, IQF tunnel freezing, and retail or foodservice packaging.
